How to Buy Scrap Gold

Here’s a little about how to buy scrap gold. Have you recently became interested in becoming a gold and silver buyer? I became interested in the scrap gold business on Christmas day of 2010.

I did not know anything about the scrap gold business, except that gold had gone way up in price. I did know, we had been in a recession in Florida ever since the housing bubble here had popped in 2006.

I had tried some other businesses that just didn’t work out well in the new economy. As I learned about the scrap gold and silver business it simply made sense. People had lost jobs, or could lose their jobs at any time.

I knew that people would see their gold and silver jewelry as an expendable asset if push came to shove. I found the ScrapGoldBusiness You Tube channel and started studying. Soon, I had made up my mind to pursue learning how to buy scrap gold, and become the Honest Gold Guy of Sarasota two month later.

I knew I would need a mentor, and some help if I was going to make a successful business out of becoming one of Sarasota’s gold and silver buyers. I joined Scrap Gold University as a student on December 31st, 2010.

Do you have to go to school to become a gold buyer? No, you could always follow the old trial and error method, but making mistakes in the gold business, could cost you a fortune.
